As a three-time Emmy® nominated, multi award-winning producer/director, Talemena Films’ Michael Hull has worked in many production disciplines; commercial, music video, documentary, corporate film and independent film. He is known for his ability to deliver work that is engaging and his style blends a methodical, hand-crafted approach with a natural and authentic tone. Always infused with a narrative sensibility, his work is intimate, committed and distinctive. 

Prior to forming Talemena Films, Michael was based in San Francisco, CA where he served as Global Communications Manager for the Hewlett-Packard Company (HP). In 2004 he co-founded Adams, Hull+MacCluer, Inc (dba AHM Brands), a fully-integrated branding agency and production company headquartered in the Pacific Northwest. For 16 years he was partner, president and executive producer/director.

Global Production Experience

Throughout his career, Hull’s corporate, commercial and independent film projects have taken him to India, South Africa, Egypt, Japan, Thailand, Hong Kong, Haiti and throughout the EU. Domestically he has lensed projects in nearly all major US cities (and many not so major). No matter what a project demands, Michael Hull and Talemena Films have faced the challenge and delivered finely crafted and successful projects for clients and audiences around the world.
